I have questions about my invoice or payment. Who should I contact?
If you have questions about any charges or payments, please email [email protected]. Please provide as much information as you can to ensure we have everything we need to determine the best solution for you.
Include if available:
- Your account number with Fraud Doctor (if one has been assigned to you)
- name on the account
- phone number (with country code and area code if you are within the United States)
- invoice number
- payment number
- payment type (check, credit card, wire transfer, etc)
- relevant dates
- the service or product in question
- a detailed explanation of what happened
- how we can help
Do NOT include in the email:
- sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or bank account details
- personally identifying information such as national ID number or social security number

I am having trouble logging into the Fraud Doctor site. What should I do?
Go to the Member Login page and enter your credentials.
Login credentials. You should have received an email with your login credentials. If you have not received that email from the Support Team, please check your junk email folder.
Login error. The most common reason for failure to log in is caused by copy/paste from the credential email to the login page. Be careful not to highlight any extra spaces at the beginning or after the end of your password. Extra blank spaces will produce an error when they are pasted into the password field of the login box.
The second most common reason for failure to log occurs when you once had membership access and now you do not, e.g. free 7-day trial. If you believe this is the cause of the error, you can write to the Support Team and they will check it out for you.
