If your bill or invoice is for $100.00, calculate the fee by multiplying the invoice amount by the fee percentage. Then add the fee amount to the original bill or invoice amount. Send the adjusted amount due through PayPal.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to send Fraud Doctor money? Yes, you need to have a PayPal account.
Will I be charged a fee by PayPal? No, you will not be charged a fee by PayPal. However, Fraud Doctor is charged by PayPal when you make a payment to us with that payment method. We charge you the percentage fee amount indicated above as a convenience fee. That is why we request you send the adjusted amount due.
Do I have to pay using PayPal? No, you do not need to pay your bill or invoice with Fraud Doctor by using PayPal. We have provided this as an expedited payment option for your convenience. You have the alternate option of sending us a:
- wire transfer – you are responsible for the wire transfer fees assessed by your bank and may not deduct the amount from your invoice. Wire instructions have been provided on your invoice. If you have questions about this, please email the Accounting department at [email protected] and be sure to include your invoice number.
- money order – you can mail in a money order to our lockbox address on the Contact page. Please include your invoice number on the money order and be sure to allow enough time for postal delivery and processing.
- credit card – you can pay your invoice via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Call the main phone number indicated on the Contact page, ask for the Accounting department, and you can pay over the phone. Please have your invoice number available to properly link the payment with your account.
- check – if you have been approved for payment by check, you can mail in your check to our lockbox address on the Contact page. Please include your invoice number on the check and be sure to allow enough time for postal delivery and processing. To request approval to pay by check, email the Accounting department at [email protected] and request an application for terms.
